OH YEAH.
Played Gunbound.
It was fun... for all of three hours
Until I got bored of all the avatar ppl killing everyone. Although usually the ppl with avatars kinda suck, because they don't have ability and have to rely on their avatar to deal serious dmg.
Gunbound changed a lot though, there were lots of new bots and the new voice feature where you hear computerized voices going "nice shot or *sorry or something. Which kinda shocked me at first.
Anyone playing Gunbound, feel free to add me,
I'm SoreLooser
(bad spelling, yes, but whatever)
And we can play a game sometime
(but I'm disabling avatars, it's really annoying)
I'm single metal hammer I think? I don't really know, I think I was double wooden hammer then I played for a while and got upgraded a bit too quickly. It's a little annoying cuz as a single metal hammer you have one of the highest ranks in the noob server so people expect you to be really good. Or they just kick you out of the room because they're scared of you. Which is why I didn't buy any avatars whatsoever or I wouldn't be able to play any games.
I think they should instead watch out for the fake chicks. Those are the ones who are the real pros.
whee. =D
SHOULD HAVE GONE TO AFA DAMMIT. >_<
11:09 AM
I just realised how lovely it really is at home.
In the morning, tranquil whispers of wind blows softly through the windows, accompanied by the peaceful chirping of songbirds.
It's such a far cry from the swelteringly hot Parry Hall flocked by black, fierce crows that act as if they own the building.
Playing Professor Layton and the Curious Village. 50% done.
Reading Konjiki no Gash Bell now.
China tomorrow!
Going to shop shop shop! (hey, thats what I saved for, anyway =D)
And I really can't wait for SPM to be over, maybe even more than the SPM takers themselves, since everyone can drive and all.
It only really hit me when Shuk said she'd pick me up for church and she really DID pick me up.
Which means that transportation'd be a cinch during the December hols.
And oh btw, it seems that lots of people are starting college in early January... which means I won't be able to go out as often anymore. But hey, it'd be interesting going to the college's open houses.
Also, looked at my brother's A level Maths books. Most of the stuff there is part of SG O level syllabus, like binomial theorem, differentiating e and lnx, etc.
Recommendations for the week (hidden jewels)
a Blazer Drive (666 satan mangaka) <- Masashi Kishimoto (Naruto)'s brother, if I'm not mistaken
b Juushin Enbu (FMA mangaka)
c Tensai Family Company (Nodame mangaka)

i stand amongst a sea
of people
as results flash on the screen
numbers
alphabets
names
of people i know so well
i clap
and smile at those
whose names would be
immortalised
as one by
one
the people around me
they climb up steps
to face the masses
smiles etched on their faces
i clap
it echoes in the hall
and look around
and see
that i am alone.

Planning to go back KL and finally take my driver's license. SUPER OVERDUE.
It's so scary that we're reaching adulthood at a very fast rate. I mean, it's not going to be long before I turn 18, then 21... I still feel like the girl who always wants to play ice and fire/galah panjang after extra classes in SKTK during standard 2. Driving, to me, is one huge leap towards growing up. It always seemed to me that only adults can drive.
And the ones who aren't adults who drive, (aka elder brothers/friends' elder brothers) I just shut my eyes tight, cross my fingers and sent fervent, silent prayers.
I'm finally going to college, albeit junior college; of which is vastly different from my expectations, (uniform requirement, rules and regulations, compulsory 6 subject combinations) and it's not going to be the same as secondary school. For one thing, the teachers keep emphasizing that we're going to be a whole lot more independent, no more spoon feeding, no more telling us what to do every fifty nine seconds.
I suppose it could be good in a way, that it's our responsibility to stay focused. The only problem is whether we ever will.
No more sitting in the backseat, taking a nap whilst my parents drive me around and whinge about the traffic while I fixate myself with my laptop, ignorant to everything around me.
It's my turn in front now, and I can only wonder where it'll take me.
