Third day.
I woke up at about 7, having slept relatively peacefully the previous night. (discounting the fact my sister kept squashing me until I almost fell over the side of the bed)
Had a weird dream that I called up Meng Yue (not logical?) and asked her where she stayed. She said, "Beijing." (not true?) and I was pleasantly surprised by the coincidence and I asked her to meet up with a few others in a few days time.
Huh.
I suppose dreams are strangely aligned to time and place as well.
I'm supposed to go shopping (finally) for clothes today as I have "seen all Shanghai has to offer" (streetlights, etc.) I only hope I can find something because my parents didn't pack in most of my clothes.
!!!!
And I have absolutely no more clean shirts to wear other than the one on my back. Which is pathetic and annoying. But I guess it gives me another reason to get some clothes without parental disapproval. It is, after all, a necessity for me to have one of the most basic of human belongings, garments. Note, the degree of necessity might just inspire me to buy them in copious amounts, something that has no association with !desire to get more clothes! whatsoever. Really.
Ahem.
Btw, xiao jie here, means prostitute. Do not use in restaurants!
